Ricoh drops the price of the recently announced GR II camera by $100

Ricoh probably realized that the updates they introduced in their latest GRII camera (only Wi-Fi, NFC, upgraded AWB and wireless flash sync) do not justify the $200+ price increase over the previous version. Ricoh officially announced the previously rumored Ricoh GR II camera with 16MP, Wi-Fi, NFC, fast auto focus, wireless flash functionality, full 1080p HD video for a price of $799.95 (available for pre-order at B&H, Amazon and Adorama). HD Pentax-D FA 70-200mm f/2.8 ED DC AW lens delayed

Ricoh Japan announced a production delay for the HD Pentax-D FA 70-200mm f/2.8ED DC AW lens ($2,296.95) that was announced back in February. The lens was supposed to be available now, the new expected shipping date is fall of 2015.

First leaked picture of the Ricoh GR II camera
