I received some information that Ricoh will announce a new Theta camera in the first week of September that will have a new design, a larger sensor, improved image and video (30 fps) quality and will be of course more expensive (the current 360 version sells for around $300).
Ricoh Japan released firmware update v1.10 for the latest Ricoh GR II camera with some general performance improvements and v1.0.5 of the Image Sync software.

Ricoh officially announced the previously rumored Ricoh GR II camera with 16MP, Wi-Fi, NFC, fast auto focus, wireless flash functionality, full 1080p HD video for a price of $799.95 (available for pre-order at B&H, Amazon and Adorama).
