A month ago Sony announced their new a57 SLT camera. The Sony a35 model has already been discontinued and is expected to be refreshed soon. An Irish online store had a listing for a Sony Alpha SLT-A37 camera kit priced at €649.99 and body only for €499.99.
When I broke the news about the upcoming Sony lens price increase on April 1st two months ago, many readers thought that this was an April Fools’ joke. The price increase was real and the new prices are now active online:
