In addition to the new HD Pentax DA 1.4x AW AF teleconverter, for the CP+ show Ricoh will also announce three new waterproof/shockproof/crushproof/dustproof and freezeproof compact cameras. The rumors I reported last month were true – Hasselblad just announced their new “elite” HV camera priced at €8,500 / $11,500. The new camera has a 24.3MP full-frame sensor and comes with a Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* 2,8/24-70 ZA lens ($1,998).
