Sony a7 now in stock

The Sony a7 full frame mirrorless camera is currently shipping in the US and is currently in stock at B&H. The a7r version (no AA filter) is in stock in Europe (Fotohanskeuzekamp) and is expected to start shipping in the US on December 1st.

The new Sony 35mm f/1.8 OSS E-mount lens is also in stock.

The latest Canon rumors

The latest Canon rumors:

  • A new new Canon EOS-1 camera is expected in 2014. No big surprise here since Nikon is also rumored to be coming up with a new D4 DSLR.
  • The replacement of the EF 100-400 f/4.5-5.6L IS lens is rumored to be tested at the Sochi Olympics games in February, 2014 and may be announced shortly before or after the games.
  • New PowerShot cameras will be announced during the 2014 CES show in January.
