
Panasonic announced the recognition of extraordinary losses. Their financial results can be found here but they do not provide any camera specific data/information (Panasonic’s camera business is under the appliances segment). Last year there were rumors about Panasonic dismantling their digital camera business and placing it under the umbrella of other operations. Also last year Panasonic announced “organizational and personnel changes”.

Olympus announced their financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018. Here is the info for the Imaging Business – there is a revenue drop YOY for every camera category which resulted in an overall operating loss:

Nikon’s 2018 financial results are out: profits are up (76.2% operating profit increase for the imaging business) while the number of sold cameras is down. The 2019 forecast is similar – similar profit is expected for the Nikon Imaging Products Business with a decrease in unit sales across the board due to continuous market shrinkage.

Kodak reported their first-quarter 2018 financial results: reporting a net loss of $25 million on revenues of $357 million. Details on the Kodak film division:
