Sony patents full frame mirrorless lenses designed for curved sensor

Sony filed a patent application in Japan (2013-61476) for a full frame 35mm f/1.8 mirrorless lens designed for curved sensors. The patent contains also calculations for 35mm f/2.8, 35mm f/2.2 and 30mm f/2.0 lenses, all designed for a curved sensor. New lenses, curved image sensor patents from Sigma, Canon and Sony

Sigma filed patent 2012-181508 in Japan for 30mm f/2.8, 30mm f/2.5, 45mm f/2.8, 24mm f/2.8, 50mm f/2.8, 55mm f/2.8 mirrorless lenses. Canon filed patent 2012-159723 for a 14mm f/2.8 lens. The design contains 14 elements in 10 groups.
