In addition to Canon, Zeiss and Sony, the photo gear bag manufacturers Lowepro an Tamrac are also expected to raise their prices on February 1st, 2011 in the US. For Lowepro the price increase will be around 10%, for Tamrac it will be 10-14%. Canon will increase the prices of their lenses by 10% (similar for Zeiss and Sony).
I received some reports that Zeiss and Sony lenses will be going up in price in the US on February 1st, 2011. Not sure if all lenses will be impacted or what exactly the price increase will be (expecting to get a price list later today or tomorrow).
