The new Samyang/Rokinon T-S 24mm f/3.5 ED AS UMC tilt-shift lens should start shipping in the US on May 15th, 2013 according to those B&H product listings. Samyang Russia published the price of the 24mm 1:3.5 ED AS UMC tilt-shift lens on their website: 34,090 rubles (around $1,100). This is the first image of the upcoming Samyang 24mm f/3.5 tilt-shift lens courtesy of LensTip. Few months ago Samyang confirmed on Facebook that they will be releasing a new 24mm tilt-shift lens. No other information is available at that point, but my guess is that this lens will be officially announced at the 2012 Photokina show in 3 weeks.
After Samyang confirmed on Facebook their plans for a 24mm tilt-shift lens, I received this image from megapiksel. The aperture range is f/3.5-32. No other information is available at that point.
Samyang confirmed on Facebook that in addition to a new 8mm T3.8 VDSLR lens (APS-C), the company will also be releasing a new 24mm tilt/shift lens later this year. This is not really a surprise since Samyang/Rokinon has made several inquires about a potential tilt/shift lens in the past.
