Adobe is considering new pricing models for Creative Cloud

Adobe is looking into different Creative Cloud subscription options following the massive online backlash after their announcement that future Photoshop versions will be available only through a monthly subscription. The company recently sent out a survey to a selected users about the Creative Cloud, specifically about a new pricing structure of $9.99 for Photoshop or $29.99 for the entire suite on a 3 years contract which includes a permanent copy of CS6 after 3 years and a promise to continually update CS6 to support future file and camera types. Sounds good to me!

Adobe Photoshop CC will be officially released tomorrow.

With the introduction of the Q7 mirrorless camera, Pentax also announced the limited edition "Complete Kit" in Japan that contains seven Q lenses, PL filter and a camera bag. Only 1000 kits will be produced.

Update: Sony RX1R will not have an anti-aliasing (AA) filter

A quick update to my last post: I was able to confirm that the upcoming Sony RX1R compact full frame camera will not have an anti-aliasing (AA) filter. This will be the only difference between the RX1 and the RX1R models.

Sony RX100 replacement (RX100M2) and a new full frame RX1R model on June 27

The above images were taken from the leaked manual of the Sony RX100 replacement (update: the exact model name is DSC-RX100M2). The new camera will have a titling screen, hot shoe and built-in Wi-Fi capabilities. The official announcement will be on June 27, 2013.

On the same date Sony is also preparing to announce a new version of the RX1 full frame compact camera that will be called RX1R. According to the leaked manual, the camera will look identical to the RX1 (update: the RX1R will not have an AA filter):
