Canon will soon announce two new EOS-M mirrorless cameras. The first will be a minor and cheaper upgrade from the current model and will also be available in different colors. Some of the EOS M kits are already listed as discontinued at B&H (several models were already listed as discontinued at Adorama two months ago).

The Samyang 10mm f/2.8 ED AS UMC CS lens (pictured above) I mentioned few days ago is actually nothing new – the lens was announced during the Photokina show last year but it’s not yet officially released.
I was able to confirm the upcoming new 12mm f/2 lens for mirrorless cameras, which has nothing to do with the already existing Samyang 10mm f/2.8 designed for DSLRs. The upcoming 12mm f/2 will be only available for mirrorless cameras and will be announced in the next few weeks.
