Canon 5D Mark III, 200-400mm, 600mm prototypes spotted in Kenya?

Sony to acquire newly issued Olympus stock

Panasonic, Fujifilm and Sony were initially listed as the companies interested to acquire the newly issued Olympus stock worth $1.28 billion (100 billion yen). The latest reports from Reuters indicate that Sony is the leading contender for that deal (Sony supplies sensors to Olympus):

Sony develops next-generation back-illuminated CMOS sensor with RGBW coding and HDR movie function, Canon files a patent for a large BSI sensor

Today Sony announced their next generation back-illuminated CMOS sensor with "RGBW Coding” that will enabling clear shooting in low light conditions:

Canon recently also filed a patent (2012-15275) for a large size back-illuminated CMOS sensor.

Tamaggo 360° imager

It seems that I missed this Tamaggo 360° imager in my CES report - it can take 360° pictures by just clicking a button (no moving parts involved). The camera can be positioned towards the sky/ground or be used for horizontal/vertical panoramas.
