Canon is rumored to have sent invitations to dealers for major mirrorless presentation next month ahead of the CP+ show. The first picture of the previously rumored Zeiss Loxia 25mm f/2.4 lens leaked online. The official announcement is expected in the first half of 2018 (probably in February). Here are the rumored specifications:

I received the first leaked pictures of the upcoming Canon G7X Mark III camera that will replace the previous Canon G7X Mark II model. I have no other technical information, but the official announcement will be for the CP+ show that starts in March this year. Stay tuned for updates.

In a recent post on the Chinese social media platform Weibo (already deleted), Sigma confirmed again what they already told us in various interviews over the past two years - the company is planning to introduce a new line of full-frame FE lenses designed for Sony mirrorless cameras. The first obvious choices are 35mm f/1.4 and 50mm f/1.4 - as Sigma's CEO Kazuto Yamaki said: "we'd either make a f/1.4, or something different". We will probably see the first signs of the new lenses around the CP+ show that starts in March. There is no indication yet if Sigma will also announce new lenses for the upcoming Nikon mirrorless camera.
