This is the new Pentax full frame K-mount DSLR camera

This is the new Pentax full frame K-mount DSLR camera. As I already mentioned earlier today, a prototype will be on display at at he CP+ show next week. No specifications were released for now. Shipping should start by the end of 2015. The product name is still to be decided. The camera will be compatible with DA lenses, using an image-cropping function.

Rumors: Pentax will have their new full frame DSLR camera on display at the CP+

Pentax ~~may~~ will have their new full frame DSLR camera on display at the CP+ show that starts in Japan next week. I am not sure if any specifications will be officially revealed. Shipping should start after the summer.

In addition to the new lenses, there will be also other new Pentax products announced.

The E-M5 Mark II camera leaked on Olympus Hong Kong website

Canon EOS 5DS and EF 11-24mm f/4L USM prices revealed

I received the EU prices for the upcoming Canon EOS 5DS full frame DSLR camera and EF 11-24mm f/4L USM lens:

Canon EOS 5Ds: €3,499 (around $4,000)
Canon EOS 5Ds R (no low-pass filter): €3,699 (around $4,200)
Canon EF 11-24mm f/4L USM: €2,999 (around $3,400)

Expect the US prices to be lower.

Ricoh to announce HD Pentax-D FA 70-200mm f/2.8 and 150-450mm f/4.5-5.6 lenses

The two prototype lenses that Ricoh displayed during the 2015 CES show will be announced on February 5th (pictured above):

Both lenses are full frame, giving all Pentax fans hope that a full frame DSLR camera should be coming soon.

New pictures: Canon EOS M3 mirrorless camera in black
