Fuji X-Pro1 camera with a lens is now $600 off

As previously reported, the price of the Fuji X-Pro1 mirrorless camera dropped by $300 today. You can save another $300 if you purchase the body with a 18mm or 35mm XF lens. The new pricing is already available on Amazon and B&H.

Fuji looking into the possibility of a full frame mirrorless camera, some XF lenses will be compatible

In a recent interview Fujifilm’s operations manager Hiroshi Kawahara said that the company is looking into the possibility of a full frame mirrorless camera. With the exception of some wide angle models, the current XF lenses are designed to cover a full frame sensor.

The upcoming firmware update for the Fuji X-Pro1 will increase the autofocus speed, but the really big improvement will come with the new XF lenses that will have a new linear AF motor.
