The first Tamron SP 15-30mm f/2.8 DI VC USD full frame lenses are already shipping in Japan. Paul Nelson already purchased the lens on eBay and posted several sample photos on dpreview. Here is a quick recap on what is expected/rumored to be announced from the major camera and lens manufacturers during the CP+ show that will take place next month (February 12-15, 2015) in Japan:
"Unfortunately unforeseen worldwide demand for several of our lenses, the 18-35mm, 24-105mm and 150-600mm have caused the slow delivery times. If you could be patient the lens will be delivered but you will really need to check with the dealer you ordered the lens from to better determine your actual delivery date."
Few weeks ago I received a report that all 150-600mm lenses were pulled back due to some issues found after the first batch was shipped. If this is not the case and Sigma USA is correct, people on the pre-order list should still be receiving the lens in limited quantities. I have not seen any reports online of anyone getting the lens since the end of December. Please feel free to prove me wrong in the comments section (if you have received the new Sigma 150-600mm lens in January).
Samsung officially released a major firmware update 1.2 for their NX1 mirrorless camera.

Adobe announced that the upcoming Lightroom 6 will require a 64-bit OS in order to work:
"In order to leverage the latest operating system features and technologies, Lightroom 6 will require Mac OS X 10.8 or above, or a 64 bit version of Windows 7, 8 or 8.1. Focusing our work on more modern operating systems and architectures allows us to spend more time adding functionality requested by users, including additional advanced imaging features and improving general application performance."
